Introduction:
It’s really hard to describe all the leadership qualities of such a great leader like Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. However, I am going to highlight some of the major leadership qualities of the father of our nation and their impact on my personal life in brief.
A leader and a father:
Bangabandhu is not only a great leader of all time but also a loving father who directed the members of his family during the liberation war. All the members of the family actively took part in the liberation war and played a key role from their own stand. I learnt a lesson of high family bonding, daringness and affection for family members in crisis from his relationship with the family members, thąt I can follow in my personal life.

A fearless speaker of the time:
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman knew it very well that he could be put into a Prison life situation by declaring our independence. In spite of knowing this, he dared to announce our speech of independence. This proclamation in an adverse situation teaches me. Sometimes I could have to take risks in my lives to establish the right of the majority.

A beloved colleague and friend:
All the fellow leaders and politicians were very fond of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and loved him from the bottom of their heart. This brotherly relationship with the fellow politicians of Bangabandhu inspired them to continue the liberation war even in his absence. This indicates to me the way I should behave with my colleagues, friends and others to attain something big and glorious.

An uncompromising personality:
Bangabandhu never compromised with injustice in his entire life. He could easily compromise with the Pakistani rulers and live a happy life, but he led the life of an uncompromising warrior. He was adamant to achieve our independence and left no stone untorn to implement the dream of our nation- a motto that will be practised in my daily life.

A capable mentor:
The events mentioned in our textbook on the activities of Bangabandhu at the United Nations memorize us. The way he dealt with the international leaders and worked for the betterment of the people of Bangladesh is a milestone of prudency in history. This educates me that I have to be capable and make myself competent to achieve my goal.

A soft-hearted person:
At the race course, Bangabandhu wept remembering the sacrifices of the martyrs in our liberation war. There are many other instances that prove he was not only very courageous but also very soft-hearted from inside. I may follow his softness for mass people that would definitely place me in the highest position in the community.

Conclusion:
If I carry forward the ideals and dreams of Bangabandhu, I could be able to achieve a real nation with its dignity to another world. So it is my responsibility to implement every dream of the father of the nation. And only then our country will achieve its millennium development goal within the targeted ideals and dreams of time.
